TROUBLESHOOTING

Problems caused by Real Player: see below.
If the video is buffering alot, try a different speed, or closing other browsers.

If a flash video isn't playing right (no picture) then try
downloading the curent version of flash.

(Make sure that you uncheck the box for the Yahoo toolbar)

RearPlayer version 11 has added the ability to download videos from the web.
This feature will cause problems for videos trying to load in the same player.
To disable this feature click the down arrow on this Button, and select
"RealPlayer Download & Recording Preferences"
or
You can also open up RealPlayer and select Preferences under the tools tab.

Then deselect the "Enable Web Downloading & Recording" check box
And hit OK. You will now notice that the player works properly.
