You may need to uninstall it, and then reinstall it.

This may sound difficult but it is rather easy.

But you must remember to close all other application before
uninstalling Flash, including all browers and instant messengers.

just click the link below to install the lastest version of Flash.
Remember to uncheck the Yahoo browser bar option, unless you really want that.
Once you have installed the Latest version of Flash
