All products will be shipped from 100 Hart St. Niceville Florida, unless shipping to the European Union. Products shipping to the EU may be shipped from our office in Finland. If a purchased product is to be shipped to the EU but is not available from our Finland Office, you may be contacted for collection of further shipping cost. If such a case arrises we will contact you shortly. Few products are unavailable from the Finland Office, and we make every effort to keep them stocked with the newest products. By purchasing from this website, you agree to pay any additional shipping cost, is such a situation arises.
Some of our products will not work on older equipment. Our DVD and CD are manufactured in house, and as such may not play on such equipment. If you discover that one of our products does not play correctly, please try to play it on another piece of equipment. If you still find that it will not play, you may contact us for a refund or replacement. You will be required to pay the shipping cost, unless we can verify that it is a manufacturing defect.
