Shipping Disclaimer

We ship all of our products through the U.S. Postal Service utilizing First Class Mail.

Currently, we charge thirteen percent of the order total. Our product prices are determined by the amount of media used (cassette tapes, CD's, DVD's, etc.). Therefore, the more material used, the heavier the finished product.

Items shipped through First Class mail are normally delivered within 2-4 days depending on the distance from our facilities in the Panhandle of Florida.

We endeavor to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Some delays may be encountered if your order is placed over a weekend or a holiday.

We are in the process of building a brand new online bookstore - please pardon our mess! If you find that you are in need of a product quickly and are unable to order it online, please call us at the number listed to the right and we will process your order right away over the telephone. We sure appreciate your patience during this upgrade process.

Although everyone is welcome to explore our online bookstore, we only accept orders with this shopping cart program, from shoppers located within the U.S. at this time. We utilize PayPal to process all of our online transaction, one does not need to have a PayPal account to use their service.

If you live in Scandinavia or Europe and you would like to order some of our products click here and then please write down the product number and the product name. You will be prompted to fill out an email form that will be directed to our office staff in Finland. The staff will determine the exact amount that you owe (product, shipping and handling costs, other fees etc.) and will then inform you of that total by email. Once you have given the staff final approval of your order, only then will they will actually process and ship your products.

For all other international orders, please click here. Your order will be handled in the same manner as those from Scandinavia and Europe. Please keep in mind that currency conversion rates, shipping methods, and duty fees can all play a role in the final total price of your order. That is why we always allow you to approve or disapprove of your order at the last minute.
