Successful in the ministry that God gave them as a part of Rapha Ministries International; God required Kevin and Deborah to give it up and move to Finland with nothing but the call of God on their lives. They arrived on November 1, 2005 and are now traveling throughout Finland teaching and ministering Christ crucified and risen again to restore apostolic authority to the church in Finland and in all of Europe. Let the church arise!
